This doesn't make it the best coffee shop to study, more to socialize. I got 6 Hazelnut Beignets to share. For heaven's sake, the tip jar has a mildly frightening Dobby on it, grinning with too many teeth and clutching a handful of dollars. After coming back at least three times since my last review, this place deserves a 5 star rating since the coffee continues to be consistently bomb and the service has become faster and better. If there were a location convenient to my home or work, I'd probably be a regular! The second time, my cousins wanted to check it out, and that time I ordered the Roasted Almond Latte and husb got the Mango of Fire. What wasn't lost, though, was the unmistakable aroma of roasted coffee beans.

Give me all the Nutella lattes please! For a supposedly Harry Potter themed coffeehouse, the only thing remotely related to the books and movies are the names on the menu. I accidentally ordered the classic avocado toast instead of the avocado ricotta toast and they replaced it for me even though it was my mistake. Seating is a little limited inside but it's absolutely adorable. They were very nice about it. A few minutes later I was handed what looked like a root beer float but instead of root beer, it was nitro coffee. It's the perfect last minute online gift for a birthday, graduation, wedding, holiday, and more.

Bad Owl Coffee Lands in the Southwest

Despite Bad Owl being a unit that goes back quite a way and with only windows at the front, you never feel like the space is too dimly lit, which was important to me as I had brought a book I wanted to read. They were more like a donut than the beignets I've had at Disneyland or in New Orleans. I had no idea what to order but the cashier was nice enough to help me out. You can buy and sell bitcoins for cash here. I've tried a ton, from their teas to regular old drip coffee to specialty holiday lattes, blah blah blah. I liked it enough to buy a bag of it.

In the end, Bad Owl Coffee Roasters was an impressive find. I admit I wasn't super impressed with the food, but again, it's not bad. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have known it at all had I not seen it mentioned in other Yelp reviews and seen a painted pumpkin on the counter with Harry Potter on it. Food and drink names are wizardy references for an extra touch of fun, and my almond Love Mint latte was just how I like it. This new location has extremely awkward parking, and the lot is often full. The espresso bar features coconut white mocha, lavender white mocha, blackberry white mocha, Americano, cappuccino, cortado espresso cut with a shot of steamed milk and affogato espresso poured over vanilla ice cream. Construction should begin later this month, with an estimated opening date yet to be announced.

Harry Potter

Turns out, the wrong item was set in front of each of them. This place just opened by my house and I was so excited to try it!! All transactions have a miners fee attached to every transaction. While I'm truly not a Starbucks hater, I'd much rather get my coffee fix at locally-owned, independent coffeehouses that preferably roast its beans in-house, which brought me to Bad Owl Coffee Roasters on two occasions. Choices include single origin Ethiopia Sidamo, Swiss water decaf, and single origin Sumatra Mandheling. Looks like we will be back soon! We started eating and realized that we had each other's dish.

Seriously I can't rave about this place enough I love the whole theme inside, who doesn't love Harry Potter?! People watching was great also. And I wish they offered more pastries!!! The ambience was warm and inviting. I really do like Bad Owl. They are much more than just a Harry Potter-themed coffee spot which on it's own is very very awesome. While interesting, Bad Owl's Harry Potter theme was pretty much lost on me. I'd rather tip after I get my coffee, not tip someone simply for taking my order.

This review is for the Drive-thru only. This fee comes is charged from your wallet, not Coin Cloud. They add items all the time to their food menu, as well. Having no idea what to order the employee at the front took so much time explaining the drinks and what to get. I'm an admitted coffee snob.

I guess I am not a fan of their beans and their roasting style because both were very unpleasant to drink. Seating was so comfy and staff were great too! We sat at the arm chairs with a little table big enough for 1 laptop. The high ceilings and gorgeous lighting fixtures made me an instant fan, and the space is quiet with lots of seating options- seems like a good place to get some work done. The first time we took the drive through and I ordered the L'Orange Cappuccino, and husb got an iced Nutella Latte. It has the flexibility and convenience of cash. Start the process at cash.
